What is it like?
Each 60 minute class will leave you energized and motivated. Set to music, these classes consist of a series of heart pumping drills that will get you fit and fabulous while you have fun and make new friends in process. Best of all as Cardio Tennis is suited for people of all ages and fitness levels. You can even check your stats and monitor you progress!
