Club Coops Group Classes Timetable

All classes are 60 mins except RPM (50 mins). Please bring a towel and water bottle to class. Call Coops today on (07)3263 5233 if you require any additional information about any of our group fitness classes.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Our 60 minute Zumba classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics is a high energy, shallow water cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate. Low impact, with minimal choreography our Aqua Aerobics classes are suitable for everyone, from beginner to advanced.

Les Mills BODYPUMP is a rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Our 60 minute Les Mills BODYPUMP classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. Our 60 minute Les Mills BODYBALANCE classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills RPM is an indoor cycling class where you will ride approximately 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Our 50 minute Les Mills RPM classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Power Circuit is a fun class for everyone with varied exercises to enhance motivation. Give it a try, you’ll love it! Our 60 minute Power Circuit classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Cross Trainer is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardiovascular workout. The class is a variety of Step, Fat-Burner, Box-It and Power Circuit. Our 60 minute Cross Trainer classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Box-It is a ‘knockout’ fitness class designed to get you in shape. Punch and kick your way to a new you! Our 60 minute Box-It classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Power Bar is a rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Very similar structure to Body Pump, our 60 minute Power Bar classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Kinesis is an innovative program which incorpo-rates a range of fresh, exciting, and challenging circuit exercises. Kinesis Results will improve your strength, flexibility, joint mobility and increase your cardiovascular fitness.
