Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Our 60 minute Zumba classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
Aqua Aerobics is a high energy, shallow water cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate. Low impact, with minimal choreography our Aqua Aerobics classes are suitable for everyone, from beginner to advanced.
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Our 60 minute Les Mills BODYPUMP classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Kinesis is an innovative program which incorpo-rates a range of fresh, exciting, and challenging circuit exercises.
