NOTE The above gives only a basic idea of the itinerary and training
schedule of a squad member. Additional to the above are lectures on topics such
as sports psychology, treatment of injuries, prevention of injuries, bone and
muscle structure, diet and correct foods, physiotherapy, how to run and move
correctly. Specialist videotapes are shown and monthly group honesty sessions on
progress are part of the program. We also have a monthly super run.
