12.30p.m. jog, skipping, break-a-sweat stretching
12.50p.m. drills, work on targeting – speed, reaction time, co-ordination, rhythm
3.00p.m. warm down, stretching and finish

Tuesday
8.30a.m. jog, skipping, break-a-sweat stretching
9.00a.m. drills and routines
11.15a.m. agility and reaction
11.30a.m. lunch
12.30p.m. challenges (match play)
2.30p.m. warm down, stretching and rest
3.00p.m. supervised strength training
4.00p.m. finish

Wednesday
8.30a.m. jog, skipping, break-a-sweat stretching
9.00a.m. drills and routines
11.00a.m. shuttle run, agility, endurance
12.00p.m. warm down, stretching and finish

Thursday
8.30a.m. jog, skipping, break-a-sweat stretching
9.00a.m. drills and routines
11.15a.m. agility and reaction
11.30a.m. lunch
12.30p.m. challenges (match play)
2.30p.m. warm down, stretching and rest
3.00p.m. supervised strength training
4.00p.m. finish

Friday
8.30a.m. jog, skipping, break-a-sweat stretching
9.00a.m. drills and routines, points, tactical drills
11.00a.m. warm down, stretching and finish


NOTE The above gives only a basic idea of the itinerary and training schedule of a squad member. Additional to the above are lectures on topics such as sports psychology, treatment of injuries, prevention of injuries, bone and muscle structure, diet and correct foods, physiotherapy, how to run and move correctly. Specialist videotapes are shown and monthly group honesty sessions on progress are part of the program. We also have a monthly super run.
