SQUASH BOOTCAMP

Based on a squash training program, Squash Bootcamp consists of group routines, fitness activities, court knowledge and tactics. Become 'squash fit' and build your stamina, anaerobic capability, speed and strength all while working on your racquet skills. An all over workout sure to leave you hot and sweaty.
