We offer a selection of the world famous Les Mills fitness classes as well as Club Coops’ exclusive freestyle and circuit classes.

H.I.I.T

HIIT is a time efficient 30 min interval training class incorporating a fresh variety of resistance exercises in a circuit format. It will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone. Our HIIT classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua Aerobics is a high energy, shallow water cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate. Low impact, with minimal choreography our Aqua Aerobics classes are suitable for everyone, from beginner to advanced.

Les Mills BODYSTEP

BODYSTEP™ is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. 

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Les Mills RPM

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

POWER BAR

Power Bar is a rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Very similar structure to BodyPump, our 60 minute Power Bar classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries. Our 60 minute Zumba classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

PILATES

Pilates is designed to strengthen abdominal muscles and the body through non-impact floor exercises. It promotes good posture and increased flexibility! Our 60 minute Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills SPRINT

A 30 minute SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
